Jane Whitrow 

Jane recently joined the HMC, and has quickly been elevated to the committee. Elected to Indoor Meets at the 1997 AGM she was then elected to Treasurer at the 1998 AGM. 

Jane began walking at an early age. She soon found this too much like hard work and travelled around the countryside on horseback for many years. However, a move to the wildly exciting South East proved to be too far for her horse so she was back on foot. 

Jane’s walking trips started with the Dales Way and quickly progressed to Scotland. She has also been known to climb, but only when the sun shines and the rock is warm!

In her spare time, Jane works for Merlin Ventures
